Every order is hand packed and inspected before shipping however, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Should you decide you would like to return or exchange an item please contact us at email@example.com within 30 days. (Day 1 is the day the package is delivered). You will also need to process the return online to request a RMA # here. Once the product is received and condition outlined below verified, a replacement will be shipped back to you or refund given if requested (less restocking fees).
No returns will be accepted after 30 days.
All refunds will be issued on unopened boxes only. Please contact us prior to opening should you have concerns about the product received. Quantity discounted returns must contain the equal number of purchased items to be eligible for a full return/refund (less restocking fees if applicable). For example, if you return 2 out of 3 the refund would be applied after the full cost for the item not returned was deducted. Simply if a single item is $50 and 3 cost $100 if you return 2 then your refund would be $50 after deducting the full cost of the single item as no quantity discount would apply (plus restocking fees if applicable). Tampered with or opened packages are typically not eligible to be returned for a full refund however, we may offer a store credit or discount on another item. Please contact us for further information.
Returns must be received within 7 days of confirmation of return approval.
All returns must be shipped Via the same method the package was sent to you with USPS Delivery Confirmation. Return postage will not be refunded unless otherwise agreeded on a case by case basis.
